UK Trail Running Championships 2013
The Exmoor Stagger 20th Oct 2013, incorporating UK:A Trail Running Championships 2013, Middle Distance.This event is designed to provide a challenging off road course using the steep and varied terrain within running distance of Minehead. The distance is 15.1 miles with total ascent of 3627 ft.
The route runs from Minehead to the highest point on Exmoor, Dunkery Beacon and then back to Minehead. It will follow a mixture of paths, rough terrain and tracks and both the outward and return leg will involve some tough climbs.
The 2013 event hosted the UK:A Trail Running Championships, middle distance.

Note: No more than one medal is awarded per runner. The first three men and women receive medals in the open category, other medals are awarded according to age. Gold, silver and bronze medals are awarded when there are 8 or more runners in a category. Gold and silver medals are awarded when there are between 4 and 7 runners.
