Further information

44mile summer coastal run – solo, pairs relay or fours relayrnrnDescribed by many as their favourite section of the South West Coast path, welcome to MudCrew’s South West Traverse – The SWT.rn rnCovering 44 miles of coast, The SWT will see runners start at the most westerly point, The Lizard and travel to Land’s End, taking in some of the most breath-taking scenery Cornwall has to offer. This section of the coast has everything from narrow paths to beaches, steps, wide, open runnable sections and craggy, scrambling rocks. You will also take in the Minnack Theatre from where you will see the finish. But don’t be deceived, Land’s End will disappear from view many times before you actually arrive. rnrnThe SWT can be entered solo, as a relay pair or as a team of 4. With free parking at the start or the option of early morning transport from the finish location to the start, we have covered all bases to make logistics as easy as possible for you leaving you to concentrate on the race itself. You will be supported in true MudCrew style along the route with fully stocked checkpoints and the assistance of our experienced staff. rnrnThe SWT is a point to point race, on the southwest coast path in its entirety. Competitors will need to carry mandatory kit for the duration of the event. Although supported by us you are welcome to have your own crew, details of crew access points can be found within the event guide.rnrnCome and join us over the Bank Holiday weekend in May, you are in for a treat in a beautiful part of the country.
