Gently undulating, rural event visiting Blackmore, Willingale, Good Easter and Pleshey. Narrative route description. Mass start. Entry fee (£50/£52) includes T shirt and light meal at finish. All checkpoints will have food, hot and cold drinks, toilet facilities and shelter if required. Plenty of free parking at the venue. Time limit of 7 hours 30 minutes, but there is an earlier start for slower runners. Entries limited to 150 runners.
