The traffic-free, out and back course on a hard-packed trail, will give you the opportunity to run a marathon or as many or as few laps as you wish, within the time limit of 6 hours. The loops will be 5.3km in distance and so you will need to do 4 for a half marathon, 8 laps to cover full marathon distance, and then if you choose to continue, the clock will be your only limiting factor!rnrnWith an aid station at the end of every lap, you will have the ability to fuel yourself without having to carry everything you might need. You may leave a bag with your specific requirements at the aid station, for you to raid as you see fit! Alternatively, there will be flapjacks, fruit and nuts, and also water and squash, should you feel like a change!rnrnAn opportunity to run on a fast, lapped course, without the need to carry your usual ‘clobber’ and for a sought after, unique, bespoke medal. 100 club, TRA and UK Athletics certified event, this promises to be a fantastic event for runners of all abilities.
