The Saltmarsh 75 is a coastal ultramarathon along the Essex Saltmarsh coastline, between South Woodham Ferrers and Salcott. As its name suggests the event is approximately 75 miles long. This year we have options for the traditional 2 day format, but we have added a continuous 75mi option also for the first time and included a 3 person relay team option for single days, 2 day and continuous entries.
